Executive Chef/OwnerNatelina MicklesTDC was launched over 20 years ago after Natelina completed her Culinary Degree at Metropolitan Community College in 1998. Her passion for cooking started at a very early age watching her grand parents host all of the families large gatherings on their farm in Iowa. Her style of cooking is a blend of southern hospitality, mid west flare and upscale fusion. She focuses on creating dishes with healthy blends of fresh ingredients sourced locally. In a competitive masculine industry she brings a softer delicate approach to the madness.
